Blackfriars Theatre are proud to support the Boston Town Deal

Thursday 27th February

The Boston Town Deal represents a significant opportunity to deliver changes and improvements that launches Boston into the future. This is a great opportunity for Boston and important to us as an organisation as we are represented by Robert Barclay on the Boston Town Board - this means something to us all.

The Government is investing up to £25 million in 100 towns across the country and they want local people to help decide how this money is spent by submitting ideas to the Boston Town Board through the #MyTown link.

There have been 80 ideas proposed so far, which is brilliant and puts Boston 2nd out of the 100 towns nominated. But we want to hear from more of you and see the ideas that you think will transform Boston.

Take a look at those ideas, think about what you want and submit it.

Please take a few minutes to visit the links and share your ideas – however big or small, they are important!

Blackfriars undoubtedly plays a very important role as Boston's centre for entertainment and the arts. It is home to two very successful local amateur dramatic and operatic groups, as well as hosting a varied program of professional stage productions.
