Join the award winning BOS Musical Theatre Group on their next journey..... Return to the Forbidden Planet.

Come and see this jukebox musical based on Shakespeare's The Tempest and the 1956 science fiction film Forbidden Planet. Featuring Cosmic Classics - Great Balls of Fire, Good Vibrations, Teenager in Love, Go Now, Shake Rattle and Roll and many more....

One terrible night in 2024, the mad Doctor Prospero made his break-through discovery with the aid of his perfidious wife Gloria. They realised that they had discovered -the incredible x-factor, a compound which could change the world as we all know it. Gloria tricked the unfortunate Doctor Prospero onto an unused spacecraft and launched him into hyperspace, many light-years away, across the Galaxy and into the unknown. Perhaps Gloria realised the power for evil that potentially could be unleashed by the x-factor, perhaps she just hated the old goat. Who knows? Who cares? What she didn’t realise was that their infant daughter, beautiful Miranda, was sleeping aboard the spaceship as it hurtled away from Earth!

And of course, without the dynamic Doctor Prospero, the research project was terminated and everyone forgot about it………

Our story begins fifteen years later, when the chisel-jawed Captain Tempest takes his rocket ship on a routine survey flight, with a new, attractive, Scientific Officer aboard – a woman with a secret.

**Prices include a 50p per seat 'refurbishment' levy.
