A delightful evening of musical entertainment from all your West End favourites, including Chicago, Rent and 9 to 5. Come and support our incredibly talented BTA seniors as they come together to raise money for their beloved theatre.

This socially distanced concert will be performed for a LIVE audience outside thanks to our connections with Heritage Lincolnshire, Branston Hall Hotel, Lincoln have agreed to facilitate this event in their gardens. To find out more about the venue and how to get there visit the website at https://branstonhall.com/

Tickets for this show are only available via our Box Office - please email boxoffice@blackfriarsartscentre.co.uk with your contact details, number of tickets required and the date / time of performance and we will get back to you. Alternatively phone Box Office on 01205 363108 and leave us a message with the above details so one of our volunteers can get back to you. 

Things you need to know for this performance:- 

  1. Show Duration - 1hr 
  2. Due to current government guidance there will be no interval during the show.
  3. We ask that you observe social distancing guidance whilst at Branston Hall and follow the signs for access and departure. 
  4. Seating will not be provided so please bring your own seat or blanket to sit on.
  5. Audience will be asked to seat themselves socially distanced from other family groups. If you are a bubble and intend to sit together then we ask that where possible you book your tickets all together at the same time so we have an idea of spacing. 
  6. There will be limited porta-loos available on site as the main house will not be open. 
  7. Theatre Treats: We will have a mini pop up shop on site for Ice Creams, Soft Drinks and Sweets. (Weather permitting). 
  8. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE PERFORMANCE IF YOU OR ANY MEMBERS OF YOUR FAMILY ARE ILL OR EXPERIENCING ANY CORONAVIRUS SYMPTOMS.

Cancellation Policy:- 

In the event of cancellation due to increment weather or changes to the government guidance regarding performances due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you will be offered tickets to an alternative performance, or a gift voucher to use against future Blackfriars Productions. Cash Refunds will not be issued.
