Zeph Churchill is retired from the NHS and with wit as sharp as a needle is on a mission to improve the lives of menopausal women to spare them having to linger in the frozen pea section to relieve a hot flush.

Having earned her Brownie Badge for being a ‘Moody Cow’ over the past 7 years and with her specialism in menopause and her ‘Knicker-
drenchingly good’ stage show, Zeph ‘normalises the normal’ mid-life stage of peri-menopause and menopause through her witty stand-up,
education, songs and demonstrations to answer all those questions about menopause that you were too afraid to ask; such as ‘Why do I want to kill my husband?’, ‘What did I come upstairs for?, ‘Who are you?, ‘Did you put my libido out with rubbish dear?’ and ‘Is it me, or is it hot in here?’

So, pop a patch on and pucker up your pelvic floor, for the menopause show you didn’t know you needed! Bring your friends and we’ll turn the heating down low for a ‘Zephervescent night of education and comedy’ you won’t forget in a hurry- unless your brain fog kicks in!

‘Hilariously insightful show. From start to finish she had our audience engaged, relaxed, united and belly laughing with her witty yet informative delivery, Talking all things peri-menopause & menopause, nothing was taboo and it was simply brilliant! We can’t wait to welcome Zeph back! - New Theatre Royal Lincoln

'Zeph Churchill is on a mission to shake us free from shyness - with the perfect blend of humour and education. Her material, as I've had the pleasure of seeing, lets us all enjoy a laugh at our bodies, while delivering a serious message. Her show could go far - it's already getting rave reviews regionally - and, best of all, does it all in two of those other fine British traditions - sauciness and cheekiness.' - Editorial: Lincs online

'Hilarious in parts and poignant in others … Delivered through comic visuals, props, including a huge pair of knitted breasts, songs and jokes' - Spalding Today
