Introducing the Blackfriars Outreach Programme. 

Over the coming month's we are going to be starting a number of Outreach events for Children and Young People here at Blackfriars Theatre. 

These events are separate to our current Theatre Academy and there is no requirement for you to be involved in that to get on board for these new activities and programmes. 

Some of you may be aware that last year we launched our Home Education daytime Musical Theatre Classes - we are excited to confirm that these will continue under the new Outreach Programme with Charley Argyle continuing the lead. The new term will start from September 2024 - please contact Charley for more information.

First up is the BOP - Summer School - 29th July - 2nd August 2024

Last year BTAs summer school was so much fun, we just had to have two this year!!

The first summer school will be part of our NEW Blackfriars Outreach programme running from 29^th July until 2^nd August and will end with a performance at Boston’s Food Festival. It will be an exciting week filled with theatrical storytelling, devising, costume and set creation! 

Closing date for booking your place is 15th July 2024 

Next up is the Blackfriars Musical Express Programme that we also started earlier this year - we are excited to be continuing this project through the new Outreach Programme.
