Blackfriars Theatre Academy's final show of 2019 is Once Upon a Christmas Past!

Jane, Tamsin, Flo, Bex and Annalee have been friends since primary school. Now, nineteen years-old and living away, the five friends return to their home town for the Christmas holidays and get ready for a festive night out. As they begin to reminisce, the young women share memories of their lives together throughout school and reflect on the influence they’ve had on each other’s lives. A musical play about the laughter and tears of friendship and the magic of Christmas.

Come and support these talented youngsters in their Christmas show, written by local playwright and academy teacher, Kei Bailey.

Suitable for the whole family to come and enjoy!

Blackfriars Theatre is run predominately by volunteers. The full voluntary Refurbishment levy plus gift aid, if applicable, will create a special fund to help maintain and refurbish the towns precious traditional little Theatre. This fund will also allow us to seek 'match funding' opportunities to enhance your theatre experience.
