It’s the tail end of the big, bad 1980s in Hollywood, and the party has been raging hard. Aqua Net, Lycra, lace, and liquor flow freely at one of the Sunset Strip’s last legendary venues—a place where rock god Stacee Jaxx takes the stage and scantily clad groupies line up to turn their fantasies into reality. Amidst the madness, aspiring rock star (and resident toilet cleaner) Drew dreams of becoming the next big thing while harboring a tender love for small-town, starry-eyed Sherri, who has just arrived fresh off the bus, searching for her own slice of the dream. But the rock ’n’ roll fairy tale faces destruction when German developers sweep into town with plans to turn the fabled Strip into just another soulless strip mall. Can Drew, Sherri, and their friends save the Strip—and their dreams of love and music—before it’s too late? Featuring iconic rock anthems like Don’t Stop Believin’Hit Me With Your Best ShotIt’s the Final CountdownJust Like ParadiseWanted Dead or Alive, and Can’t Fight This Feeling, this is a love story and a battle for the soul of rock ’n’ roll.
