Blackfriars Arts Centre re-launched its Sponsor a Seat campaign back in 2015 when they started the first phase of their Refurbishment Plan and the scheme is still going strong now.
With just under half of the seats still available this is a great way to help the Theatre raise the much needed funds to continue with ongoing maintenance and refurbishment work during these unpresidented times.
What better time to become 'part of the furniture' so to speak than now when your local theatre needs you the most.
Each new seat in the auditorium cost approximately £250 to be replaced, and while we don't set a price for a sponsorship we do ask for donations as close to this as you feel 'comfortable' with.
100% of the donation goes towards both future refurbishment plans and maintenance of this beautiful, albeit old building.
