The AGM will be held on Friday 11th September at 7.30pm in the auditorium. Everyone is welcome, however only members are eligible to vote. Please download the AGM document at the bottom of this page for more details and nomination and proxy forms.

 

If you would like to become a member or wish to renew your membership then the cost is £10.00 per person. Please make sure you renew your membership prior to the 11th September as it can get quite busy on the night. The form/money can be left at the box office for the attention of Sarah Moore or John Sabberton.
